FAQ's

How do I get guaranteed best rates?

Simply call us on (02) 68474404, email admin@warrenmotorinn.com.au, or book direct on this website to ensure you get the very best rates available. When you book on third party websites you have to pay extra fees – avoid this, book direct with us at Warren Motor Inn. 

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Check in is from 2pm. To request an early check-in, please contact reception the day before you arrive. We will always try to get you into your room early, but please note sometimes this is not possible due to high number of rooms that have to be cleaned each morning. Additional charges may apply. Check out is 10am.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, please give us a call or email in advance if you're planning to arrive after 6pm.

Do you have off-street parking?

Yes, you will be able to park your car right out the front of your room. There is one car park per room. If you are travelling with a trailer or a larger vehicle, contact us to make arrangements.  We do have several longer car parks available.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Warren Motor Inn are non-smoking.

Can I cook in my room?

Cooking in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by NSW Health Authorities with the exception of the use of the kettle, toaster and microwave provided, and the full kitchen facilities in our two cottages.

Do you have housekeeping service for long stay?

Yes, housekeeping service is often daily to our guests. However if you only require a weekly service, please let us know.  Rooms are not serviced on Sundays and Public Holidays. If you would like your rooms services on these days, you will need to request this when you check in.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we have FREE WIFI available in the guest rooms

Do you supply breakfast?

No, at this time we are renovating our kitchen. We do have Continental Breakfast Packs for sale at reception

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans change, however we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. That is, by 2pm the day prior to your booking arrival date. 

How do I guarantee by booking?

Credit card details are required to secure room bookings. For extended bookings or large group bookings, or peak season bookings a deposit may be requested at the discretion of the Warren Motor Inn management.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex 

Do you have office services?

Office services such as faxing, emailing and printing are available at reception. Don’t forget you also have free WIFI in your room.
