We understand that plans change, however we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. That is, by 2pm the day prior to your booking arrival date. Group bookings of 5+ rooms are required to pay a deposit of the first night of accommodation for all rooms to confirm the booking.
